What item types are available in a Plan row?

I'm building out a Plan and want to understand all the options I have for each row. What can a Plan row actually reference or do?

Each row in a Plan can reference Programs (to start/stop a specific program with a selected recipe), delays (wait for a period), and other configured actions. In Advanced Mode, rows can also define 'Step To' conditions for conditional branching to other plan rows.
