What is the Server Relay module in Accord?

We have two PLCs on site that need to share some data between them. Is there a way to do this within Accord?

Server Relay is an Accord Server module that controls the transfer of data between networked PLCs. It allows data to be shared across multiple controllers, enabling coordination between different parts of the plant. Relay items are selected and configured in Accord Designer's Service section, with logging settings available for each relay item.
