What is the Server Emulator module in Accord?

We're building a new system and want to test the programs before the physical PLC hardware arrives on site. Is there a way to simulate the PLC in Accord?

The Server Emulator provides PLC Emulation for multiple PLCs without requiring physical PLC hardware. This allows process models to be tested and validated in a simulated environment — useful during development, factory acceptance testing, and operator training. It is used in conjunction with the Simulator module.
