What is the OPC Diagnostics tool in Accord Server?

We're having an issue where some devices aren't showing live values and I suspect a comms problem. Is there a built-in tool to diagnose OPC issues?

OPC Diagnostics displays detailed information about the current status of the OPC Communications module — each active device, whether data has been received, the quality of the OPC read (Good or Bad), and the current value. It helps engineers diagnose communication issues such as missing devices and bad quality reads.
