What is the Colour Manager in Accord HMI?

I want to make sure all our device states use consistent colours across every screen on the plant. Is there a central place to configure this in Accord?

The Colour Manager is an HMI design tool in Accord Designer that allows engineers to configure the colour scheme used to represent different device states (e.g. Running, Stopped, Alarm, Fault, Manual) on HMI screens, ensuring consistent visual representation across the HMI.
