Our engineers sometimes need to access diagnostic information without leaving the HMI environment. Is there a control that provides engineering-level access from the operator screen?

The Advanced Service Manager is an HMI control that provides access to detailed service and engineering functions directly from the HMI screen. It gives authorised engineering users the ability to review module status, access diagnostic information, and manage service-level functions from the operator interface.
