What is Accord Manager?

I've been asked to set up Accord Manager for our operations team but I'm not clear on what it covers. What does Accord Manager actually do?

Accord Manager provides utilities for Operations Managers to configure program sequences (Plan), manage Recipes, and generate reports on the operation of Accord-controlled plant. Its interface includes five tabs: Process Audit, Security Audit, Plan, Recipe, and Custom Report — each operating independently with its own setup and search functionality.
