How does Accord Server handle Windows shutdown?

We occasionally need to restart the server PC for Windows updates. Is there anything special I need to do before shutting down or will Accord close itself cleanly?

Accord Server automatically detects when Windows is shutting down and performs a clean shutdown of all its service modules. Under normal circumstances this happens quickly without delaying Windows shutdown. A forced or abrupt shutdown should be avoided as it may leave the service in an inconsistent state.
