How are users added in Accord?

We have a new operator starting next week who needs access to the HMI. How do I create a new user account in Accord?

Users are added either in the Accord Server Setup Wizard during initial configuration, or later via Security settings in Accord Server. To add a user, click '+', enter a User Name, Password, and Email address (for automatic report forwarding), then confirm. Users must be assigned to one or more User Groups to be granted permissions. Users can also be disabled or managed after creation.
