How are Recipes managed in Accord Manager?

Who manages the recipes day to day and where does that happen in Accord? I want to understand the workflow before our go-live.

Recipes are managed in the Recipe tab of Accord Manager. Engineers can add or delete recipes, configure setpoints and step times, and set decision values. A Recipe Report can be exported. Recipe parameters are loaded to the PLC via the Program Options module in Accord Server when a program is started with a selected recipe.
